Our Accreditation Programs
GSAB’s Accreditation Program ensures that Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) demonstrate competence, consistency, and impartiality according to recognized international standards. Each program has been developed to comply with ISO/IEC 17011 requirements and to support national regulatory needs within the United States.
To establish a credible, impartial accreditation framework consistent with ISO/IEC 17011

GSAB currently offers the following accreditation programs:
• Testing Laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) – for physical, chemical, mechanical, and microbiological testing.
• Calibration Laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) – for Mass, thermal, Thermodynamic, length and electrical calibrations traceable to NIST standards.
Accreditation by GSAB validates a CAB’s technical competence, integrity, and consistency, giving confidence to regulators, industries, and consumers. GSAB accreditation enhances acceptance of test data and certificates across borders, supporting U.S. industries in international trade and compliance.
